A BUYER ASKS AN AIExample
“Who can machine 6061 aluminum brackets, 250 pieces, with a CoC, near Orlando, and quote this week?”
The answerYour plant. Capabilities, certifications and equipment structured so the AI can read them, plus a two minute plant film in the buyer’s language.
RFQs read and drafted overnight. One plant, four systems, built one at a time on the tools you already run.

Sample data. Nothing goes to a customer without a person.

A day on the floor
  1. 7:42 AM

    An RFQ lands.

    It waits until tomorrow.

35 to 50%of deals go to whoever answers first.1
  2. 4:30 PM, Friday

    The phone rings.

“Where’s my job?” Someone walks the floor. Again.

65%of supervisors lose up to four hours a shift reconciling data by hand.2
  3. June

    Joe retires.

    Nobody wrote it down.

88%of leaders say the know how leaves with him.2
  4. Monday

    The new hire asks again.

Your best operator stops work to answer.

The standard is changing

Two kinds of plant. Buyers can tell which one you are.

Buyers research a supplier before they call, and most now ask an AI who to use.12 What they find decides which list you are on.

95%

of manufacturers have invested in AI or will within five years.8

79%

of precision manufacturers still price jobs from memory, not from documented history.13

0

of 100 leaders who rushed in reported a real gain.7 Start with the job that pays.

Legacy plant
  • Quotes go out in three days, when the estimator gets to them
  • “Where’s my job?” means someone walks the floor
  • The setup lives in Joe’s head. Joe retires in June.
  • New hires follow someone around for months
  • Suppliers get chased when someone remembers
  • The website is a phone number and a photo from 2011
Tech enabled plant
  • RFQs read and drafted overnight. The estimator prices at 7 AM.
  • Customers get a text when the job moves
  • Joe’s setups are filmed. A QR code on the machine answers in Spanish.
  • New hires learn from the film, and a quiz proves they got it
  • Suppliers and invoices chased by the system
  • A plant film buyers watch before they call, in their language

Same people. Same machines. Same building. The difference is what runs the work between them. We build it one install at a time, and every install pays for itself before the next.

AEO: found when a buyer asks an AI

Buyers ask an AI who to call. Be the answer.

94% of business buyers used AI in their last purchase.12 Visitors who arrive from an AI answer turn into leads at about three times the rate of search visitors.14 The AI answers from what it can read about you: capabilities, certifications, materials and tolerances, equipment, lead times, the plants you have served, and the films it can watch. If your site is a phone number and a photo from 2011, it names someone else.

  • 01We write and structure your capabilities the way buyers ask: parts, materials, tolerances, certs, machines, quantities, lead times, in English and the languages you export to.
  • 02The plant film and product films give the AI something to cite and the buyer something to watch before the call.
  • 03Every month we ask the AIs your buyers use, report what they say about you, and fix what is missing.

A first process on its own, or added to any install. Picked on the floor walk when the pipeline is the leak.

A buyer asksWho can machine 6061 brackets to ±0.005 in, ITAR registered, within a day of Orlando?
Sample answer

Your plant, Central Florida. 3 and 5 axis milling, ITAR registered, 6061 and 7075 aluminum, tolerances to ±0.005 in, 1 to 500 pieces, capabilities and certifications listed, plant film available.

Two other shops listed. Neither shows tolerances or certs on its site.

Sample. What the AI says depends on what it can read.
The upgrade, in four systems

One plant. Four systems. Built in the order that pays.

Your plant runs on two heads: your estimator’s and your best machinist’s. We digitize both, then the rest, each one measured for 30 days before the next. These are the jobs manufacturing leaders named this year as where AI helps first.910

01 · The office

The AI Front Office

Reads every RFQ and drawing overnight, flags what the buyer left out, pulls your last similar job and drafts the reply. Your estimator prices it. Then order information prepared for your system, follow ups sent, suppliers chased, invoices into QuickBooks as drafts.

Take more work without adding office staff.
02 · The floor’s memory

The Digital Veteran

Your best people filmed on your floor, English and Spanish, written steps and a quiz for each job, an assistant behind a QR code on every machine. Film is the data: your plant’s memory, owned by you.

The know how stays when the veteran leaves. New hires learn from him on film.
03 · The floor that runs itself

Status and maintenance

Customers get a text when the job moves. A machine fault is one QR scan and the tech gets a text. After hours RFQ calls get captured, never priced.

Managers stop putting out fires.
04 · How buyers see you

Optics and export

A plant film cut from the footage we already shot, localized for the markets you sell into, and your capabilities structured so AI buyers recommend you. A recruiting video for every applicant.

Look like the supplier buyers want, in their language.
The whole upgrade

The tech enabled plant, in a year.

All four systems, one install at a time, in place of a second estimator, a full time trainer, a receptionist and a marketing agency. Priced on the floor walk from your own numbers, after the first install pays for itself.

Start with one RFQ
Where every plant starts

One process first. Live in 14 days.

The floor walk picks it from what we see: the inbox, the order desk or the floor. Then one install, tested on your real work before it goes live. Your people approve everything it produces.

The first processpicked on the floor walk
  1. Quote requests

RFQs read overnight, missing specs flagged, the last similar job pulled, the reply drafted. Your estimator prices it.

  2. Order information

the same order retyped three times becomes one checked record, ready for your system

  3. Buyers who ask an AI

your capabilities written and structured so the AI names you, with the plant film it can cite

  4. The questions your veteran answers all day

filmed once, on the machine behind a QR code, in English and Spanish

  5. What we won’t sell you

if the wait is engineering or capacity, or your software already does it, we say so and set up what you have

What the monthly addsonce it is live
  1. Status texts to customers

week three, the phone stops ringing

  2. Follow ups from your inbox

    week four, day 3, 7 and 14

  3. Three numbers, every month

quotes out the same day, hours a week on the desk, “where’s my job” calls a week

Run

Monthly

We watch it, fix it, report it. Every quarter, the next leak.

The footage the systems run on

Every system needs footage. We shoot it.

An AI answers from what it can read, a new hire learns from what he can watch, a buyer trusts what he can see. Each system on this page needs footage, so we film it on the same visits that map your process. No separate agency, no stock clips, nothing published without your approval.

Feeds the floor memory

Procedures on film

Your best people filmed on the job, English and Spanish, written steps and a quiz per procedure. The assistant behind the QR code answers only from these films. Courses for onboarding are assembled from them; your supervisor signs off on competence. Animated where the camera can’t go.

Feeds the hiring assistant

The recruiting cut

Sixty seconds of the cell for the job post and LinkedIn, so applicants see the work before they apply. The hiring assistant sends it, answers their questions and books the interview.

Feeds the AI answer

Plant and product films

What buyers watch before they call, and what the AI can cite when a buyer asks who to use, localized for the markets you sell into. The films made for Tenaris, WEBOMATIC and Romer Labs are this kind.

Feeds the social assistant

Clips from shoot days

Cut from the same footage, captions drafted, scheduled for your approval. Comments and messages sorted by an assistant; anything about price, quality or an order goes to a person.

Feeds the export pages

Localized versions

Spanish, Portuguese, German and more, checked by native speakers, for the films, the spec sheets and the procedures, so the AI answers in the buyer’s language too.

Feeds the next plant

Your case study

At day 30 we film the estimator’s morning with the system running. You get the film, the page gets the proof, and the next owner sees what to expect.

Filming is inside the plans that need it. Plants that come for film first start at levron.co/manufacturing: same crew, same floor.

Tim Jinar
Who you work with

The person who walks your floor builds the system.

Tim Jinar has a computer science degree and builds every system himself, on the tools your plant already runs. He uses the same kind of systems in his own company.

He also directs and shoots, so your floor gets filmed properly before it goes into the AI. Plants he has worked on: Tenaris in Italy, WEBOMATIC in Germany, Romer Labs in Austria, Biomin and Megatitan. No junior, no call center.

  • Nothing goes out without a person
  • No new ERP, no website chatbot
  • Controlled drawings never touch a public model
  • You own everything we build

Questions owners ask

FAQ

Do we need new software or a new ERP?

No. Your email, your job sheet or ERP, QuickBooks. If something can’t connect, we say so before we start.

Will AI send anything to my customers on its own?

No. Every quote and reply is a draft until your estimator sends it.

How is the price set?

$3,000 to install one process, tested on your real work, live within 14 days of access or the install is free. Then $750 a month with tools and hosting inside, month to month, up to 300 RFQs or orders a month. Plant at $1,750 and Tech enabled plant at $3,500 add processes, the floor’s memory, AEO and video, on annual plans with two months free. The founding three plants pay $1,500 to install, with case study rights. Controlled drawings: same price, built in your tenant.

Do you only do quoting?

No. Quoting is the first process at most plants because it has hours in it every week. Order entry and the questions your veteran answers all day are the other two we start with. The floor walk picks.

We already use Paperless Parts or ProShop. Still useful?

Often yes, and sometimes the right answer is setting up what you have. We look at your current software on the floor walk before proposing anything custom.

ITAR and sensitive drawings?

Controlled drawings stay in your tenant and never go through a public model. We put that in writing before anything is built.

Will it replace my people?

No. Half of manufacturers use AI now and none reported layoffs from it; one in five retrained people instead.5 We build so new people get good faster and veterans stop answering the same question all day.

What does the Digital Veteran involve?

Two or three filming days around production, English and Spanish checked by a native speaker, an assistant that answers only from your own films. Priced on the floor walk, after the first process runs.

What about video?

Film comes when the need shows up: training when the same questions repeat, a recruiting cut when seats are open, a capability film when buyers need to see the plant. Each is its own quote, after the first process runs.

Where do you work?

On site across Central Florida. Remote upkeep, a floor walk every quarter.
